Hello Colby, you can use your existing exhaust manifold but the pre-'90/'91 C-900T exhaust manifolds have a flap at the turbo end that needs to be ground off and smoothed away. You can also use your '87 intake manifold with the smaller runners if you're after low end / mid range power. The intake that fits your new port size is from a '91 up (2.1) C-900 non-turbo, you'll need the fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator & bracket and the fuel line from the rail to the regulator as well. It's been my experience that this 2.1 intake manifold doesn't noticeably hurt the low end but does help your top end power. Dave
