Really what you're looking for is not an absolute number, but rather consistency between all cylinders. What you can get is very roughly local air pressure * compression ratio - for your car at sea level 14.7 * 9.3 or 137 lbs. All kinds of things can affect that absolute number though. Rule of thumb is no more than about 10% variation between cylinders.
