viggen transmission upgrade

I've had a nordic stage 3 chip and other mods in my 02 viggen for about two years now, and it's time for more power. One of the things I'm unsure about is the stock transmission. It's got 106k miles on it, and is starting to show some of the signs of wear like rough shifts 3rd to 4th, sometimes doesn't want to come out of 5th, and is sometimes difficult to put in reverse. Since I'm planning on more power, this seems like it's going to need either rebuilt or replaced first.
Someone on here said they had a Quaife 6 speed transmission installed, but I looked at their site and saw only straight-cut sequential transmissions. Does anyone have one of these installed, or have a recommendation for a different total replacement?
The alternative is to rebuild the stock transmission, and add a limited slip diff while I'm at it.
Just this once, cost is not an issue. I just want something that isn't going to break easily.
