I put a new Scanwest turbo bypass valve in when I did my 5-spped conversion last spring. The diaphragm resonates loudly whenever my boost passes through zero psi, either accelerating or decelerating. it is really annoying on the highway -- I can make it sing for 20-30 seconds or longer.
Anybody else ever have this issue? I assume, I've simply got to get a new Bosch valve or something better - any suggestions?
