Sounds great, just commenting on how much more aggressive the port job was compared to what I did with my head and I wondered about sealing with the intake gasket when taking out as much as you did.
I tell you those Holsets are monsters and are proving to spool as fast or faster than the bad boy gtbb turbos, yet they make more power! Vigge had data logged his holset super 40 against his previous gt3071wg with enem cams and he is getting just about the exact same spool, yet much more flow on the top end and the super 40 is a 700bhp capable turbo, he just put down 493whp at 1.5 bar :-) He now needs more fuel and will use a hopper tank between stock tank and then twin bosh 044 pumps and larger fuel line to larger fuel rail to try and support the fuel side for 650bhp+
Another racing idea is that 4:45 final drive out of a v6 ng900 in the 900 or 93 gear-box makes for almost identical gear ratios as the quiafe gear-set, without the 6th gear or over-drive and that is an amazing combination! You would not believe how fast a car will zip through the power band with that gearing and its much, much cheaper than the quiafe gear-set. I am thinking hard about trying this 4:45 final drive in my gear-box and think it would be well matched to my large turbo,
