Mitsubishi Turbo Installed; some intial feedback

While I am pleased with the results, I feel like I still have a short way to go with this unit to dial it in.
Boost with the oil-leaking Garrett was up around 19 psi, with a small amount of bounce in it occassionally. Also, 5th gear was the best boosting gear (which is great on the highway, but sorry for torque acceleration)
Now, boost is a rock solid 16-17 psi in 3rd - 5th gears (no bounce and NO lag at all, which is awesome)
Timing is set to 14 degrees BTDC, based on suggestions from a mechanic friend. I might move that back to 16 degrees and see what the results are then. My oil pressure is greatly improved, also.
To sum this up: It is faster than before, but not as much faster as I'd hoped. I had fun with a WS-6 Trans Am on the way home (he'd smoke me off the line, but turbo boost caught me up in a hurry, pulling about even with him at 85 mph; plus he had an automatic)
Next up: Custom Exhaust, 3" all the way back. I think the current system is choking the engine, especially the cat.
Almost forgot: Installed stainless steel brake lines all around and Super Blue fluid: drastic improvement in braking and stability. A must have.
