I measured the height of my cut down JSP stainless O2 bungs tonight after work. The height from the DP to the sealing surface of the bung is now .3" or 8mm. I also forgot to mention in previous posts that when the welding shop had the DP to cut the bungs, I had them touch up a few JSP welds that showed evidence of exaust gas leakage. They did that at the same time and included in the $20.00 charge. Who knows, maybe the leaks were the real issue. Anyway, the car now runs like a raped ape with no cel issues, and 31 MPG crusing.
