I agree whole-heartedly Jak, all I can do is figure it out for myself. When I do decide to actually build a unit, I will remain open minded and unbiased. However, I am currently basing my considerations on information from people on a forum who have built their own units, and are only interested in helping others with no monetary interests. From what I see, most people realize a 30% gain in fuel economy with the addition of a unit that costs about $60 to assemble. As a general rule I avoid people who market devices that anybody with a basic mechanical aptitude can reproduce for a fraction of the cost. It sure would be interesting to see some dyno results on a HHO equipped vehicle with the unit powered on and powered off.

I would still like to figure out a way to overcome the false lean condition the HHO creates without altering the oxygen sensor circuit; otherwise any testing I do may be futile.
