I was a bit confused by their description of the rear stabilizer bar as well.
I myself have a '97 900SE, so I can understand the age vs. cost factor; obviously performance upgrades don't earn a very high return percentage at the time of sale. I enjoy my car though, and intend to keep it for at least a few more years, so I don't mind spending some money if it helps me enjoy the car that much more while I have it; plus those upgrades will at least make it more appealing when you decide to sell it. I bought a steering rack clamp on Ebay for $60 because I was suffering a fair amount of torque steer. Since it's been installed the torque steer has dissapeared, and I've even upgraded to a stage 3 since then. Just some food for thought, hopefully it's worth two cents to you.
