Poly engine mounts/suspension for '97 aero

I have a '97 aero 5 spd with a stage 3 ecu, full 3" exhaust, K&N open air intake, and the SAS sways front and rear. The car has tons of power, but, the handling/suspension is not at all good on even the slightest bumps and feels sloppy and harsh. At 126,000 miles-the last 20,000 in the New York City area-I feel the suspension needs to be worked. I have had the exhaust manifold come loose twice in the last year and had to replace the gasket both times. The stock upper engine mount that is attached to the engine was replaced with a black MTC two piece poly mount and the first one lasted about three months and the second about nine months. I suspect that all of the added power and torque are too much for the poly mount and am wondering if anyone can advise where I can purchase stronger poly mounts. I am open to suggestions about replacing the lower engine mounts with other than OEM if that would help with the upper mounts as I suspect that these lowers are probably worn out too. I am planning to install Bilstein HD's all the way around and would appreciate any feedback about the ride/handling quality of these struts/shocks too. Thanks.
