'97 Aero- 3" DP and cel woes-HELP!!!

Have a stainless 3" JSP DP and full 3" stainless exhaust on my '97 Aero 5 spd. with a JSP stage 3 ecu and K&N open air filter. Since the DP and exhaust was installed by Jak approx. 18 months ago, I have been plagued by a cel. It is showing a code for the rear O2 sensor and I have replaced both front and rear sensors, cut the bung down for the rear sensor(which was obviously much taller than the bung on the oem setup), checked all grounds, put a stock aero ecu back in,...and on and on. I have been to several Saab indies and they feel that it is either that the bung for the rear sensor needs to be relocated or that the Magnaflow race cat is not the right converter, or , both. I am in NYC and would like to know if anyone can advise a converter that they know for sure will work for such an application and pass emissions or if someone on the east coast has encountered these issues and is skilled enough to properly diagnose and fix them. I don't have the money to scrap the exhaust and start all over and I don't want to pay someone for hours of guesswork. Any referrals would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
