I can take pictures another time if anyone needs them. Install is rather easy.

Remove shift boot and knob.
Remove one torx on shifter cover, pull straight off.
Remove 2 covers from each side of center console at the front.
Remove the 2 torx under the covers.
Pull out the plugs that hold the carpet in right at the same point.
Just need to be able to pull the skinny section by the seat out of the way.
Remove the 2 bolts (10mm) that hold the console in the back. (need to move seats foward to get to them)
Remove the one torx holding the back heater ducts in. Look straight down behind the shifter. Just need enough to pull them backwards. Just gives you a little more room.
Pull whole console straight back. Again, just to get you more room. Don't need to take it all the way out unless you want too. If you do, there is one screw that holds the e-brake cover on, and the connector for the window switch.
Straight down behind the shifter is 2 bolts (10mm), easy to get to that hold the shifter housing in. Remove those.
The other 2 bolts you can see from the sides where you pulled the carpet back. 10mm wrench on those.
The only thing left is the shift linkage. Mine had a cover over the bolt head that popped right off. Than you remove the bolt. Look straight under everything right in the middle of the shifter housing. You should be able to get it with an extension with a, I think, #40 torx.
Pull the whole shifter out. This is where the console moved back and the heater ducts moved back helps. Just twist it around as you pull it out. Comes out pretty easy.

Installation is just the reverse. Nothing different between the two in the way they hook up. Remember to have the little pin that sticks out the bottom of the linkage facing backwards. Other than that, it is very straight forward.

I definitely recommend it with the upgrades you have. Very similar set up to mine.

Question for you...how was the install of the ETS intercooler. Got that today too. Will install it tomorrow or the weekend. Any tricks or tips or even a write up on that would be helpful. Thanks and enjoy.
