I'm not exactly sure what kind of power I'm making, I still need to upgrade my exhaust to a full 3". I have the BSR cat-back system right now. I wasn't actually ready to go for the stage 5, but my t25 blew for the second time and I didn't want to buy a turbo two more times. Upgrading the turbo meant I had to do the injectors, ETS cooler, and tune, or I would have been running lean. I spent $2000 that wasn't in my budget so the thought of putting my car on a dyno is out of the question for now; and wouldn't really be sensible until all the hardware is right (summer).
I got Jak Stoll's t25 upgrade, which is t25 housings machined out for bigger wheels and upgraded bearings. It might not be the *best* turbo for a stage 5, but it boosts strong and fast, and should move upwards of 500cfm; plus its the turbo Jak wrote his tune for, so it's not a bad match. According to Jak, his stage 5 should produce around 350-360 on pump gas, with the right exhaust/intake. However, as we know e85 increases power output significantly on turbocharged engines. I imagine with the current hardware and ethanol tune, I'm making around 325hp or so, and a little more torque; but that's only speculation. Once I have the better intake and full 3" exhaust I would imagine the engine will produce as much power as the 50# injectors will allow; around 375hp/400 ft lbs. But then again, that's speculation as well, because that horsepower is based on the capacity of the injectors with pump gas. It's somewhat possible the 50# injectors can't flow enough ethanol to reach that high, so it would be nice to get the car on a dyno. If I had the money at the time I would have gotten the 65# injectors.
