The transmission side mount is different, in a completely different place. On the 9000 it attaches at the bottom to the subframe, on the 9-5 it attaches up top to the apron, you could make a bracket to mount it, or it MIGHT be possible to swap the end covers or convert it on the cover to use the existing 9000 mount.
The halfshafts are a completely different size, much larger, I honestly don't know if the 9-5 shafts would spline into the drive hubs out at the wheels, that's be easy, otherwise you'd have to figure something out there, cause the diff is different in the 9-5 so I don't think you could use the 9000 inner drivers.
Shift linkage is totally different, you'd probably have to adapt the 9-5 linkage and lever.
The clutch input shaft is a different size on the 9000 too, but you could just use a 9-5 clutch and flywheel, those should bolt up fine.
The bellhousing will bolt on fine though.
Do you have an extra 9-5 gearbox laying around or something?
Best,
Drew
