If it ain' broke, don' fix it.
Oxygen sensors under good conditions are lifetime parts. Short of physical destruction, the only thing that can happen is they get contaminated. A contaminated sensor can have a slow response or not work at all. Any OBD-II era car can detect this pretty well, so pre-emptive replacements aren't doing much good.
If you do need to replace them, I personally would stick with bosch, and I'd avoid the kits that have you splice the nickel wires, opting for the OEM part with the right wiring harness attached.
Also sensor #1 is the only one that the engine uses for tuning it's fuel maps. Sensor #2 is for the purpose of monitoring the catalyst.
