Its nice now that there is factory flex fuel softwares to get from Saab to do this. Early on back in -05 we had to do it the hard way but it was pretty cool.
I haven't had any pump issues in any of the Flex Fuel cars around here we have done. At least 6 9-5 aeros in my immediate market.
Basically with the extra octane it will make about 1 stage more power than the hardware. If you upgrade injectors. If upping injectors you need to upgrade the fuel pump. Watch for the fake Walbros. If its too cheap. ;)
