My understanding of the AID is that it just changes the timing curve at the lower RPMs to provide better off-boost response. I could be wrong, but I don't think max boost timing is changed by an AID, unless you're intentionally fiddling with the max boost timing. So I think the AID mod doesn't effect the APC mod, and vice-versa.
A modded APC may or may not need additional mods to support it. I don't know how much boost your getting. Once you start increasing the air pumped into the engine (by increasing the boost) you can run into a lean running engine. Again, I'm not expert but the larger fuel injectors and EPROMs are as much for getting the air-fuel ratio right as much as HP. To lean a mixture can cause serious engine issues. Going with too large injectors, or getting a to rich mixture can foul the plugs, as I found out with my 3 bar FPR, latter confirmed to be sending a very rich mixture at all boost levels.
