The best combo I've found are AFCO springs at 650 pound rate using Koni shocks set to the high setting.
Use the softer front sway bar mount bushings ( never the hard poly ) but do use the stiffer poly in the rear on the stock sway bar.
The problem with using the AFCO springs is you have to do considerable construction on the front spring perches in order to utilize them, but the good news is that then they are adjustable ride height.
There is a pretty good suspension spreadsheet showing all the various different aftermarket springs --if you are interested, send me an email, and I'll mine it out of the files. I think it's a .pdf so it won't post to the gallery.
