...have been driving around for 2 years / about 10k miles with them in my 900 turbo. I am very happy with them: they're comfortable, quiet and handle very well. In fact there was an extensive summer tire test in a Finnish car magazine lately. The Nokian NRV won together with some Michelins. They commented that Nokian is very comfortable (quiet and smooth) like nothing else V-rated and it still handles reasonably well in abusive track use.
Unfortunately Nokian tires must be a rarity over there in the States. The manufacturer is a quite small company here in Finland (the factory is located in the city of Nokia, and the company used to be a part of the nowadays cellphone maker Nokia Corporation).
It isn't easy for a small company to market its products worldwide. I guess Nokian has done quite a good job with their Hakkapeliitta winter tires, but not many people expect to get good summer tires from a winter tire specialist.
I'll definitely buy a new set of these!
