I went ahead and installed my stock throttle body and exhaust with my new engine and attempted to start it with NO luck. I checked all the grounds, electrical connections, plumbing, and fuel delivery, but the plugs are getting wet and i do have ignition(via timing light) and i have compression. Here are my only thoughts....I installed a A/F gauge, would the splice into the O2 sensor have any effect on starting?. Also, Im running 30lb injectors and turned the AMM to 240 ohms. Heres a list of everything engine related i did to the engine.
Ractive air filter, "tuned AMM", SD Red series turbo, SD Red intake/exhaust manifold, head, cams, injectors, New distributor, SPG9 RRFPR, MSD 6 BTM, Blaster 2 coil, Magnecor wires, Auto Meter Boost, Water temp, A/F ratio and Oil pressure gauges(oil,water,A/F are electrical), Auto Meter 5" monster tach wired into MSD BTM, SD Aluminum flywheel/copper clutch.
The engine cranks over but does not ignite. I did have the cam timing off one tooth so i fixed that, now it sounds like a healthy crank, but nothing happens...boo hoo, boo hoo.
