Better be a good deal. You can pick some up new for around $200. I would highly suggest the Bilsteins with stock springs. I put the bilsteins on my CD which is lightly sprung. Very nice improvement. I then put Spax springs on. I am still getting used to how stiff it is with the Spax springs. Approach to driveways etc.. must be taken with care. So far I've scrapped the front spoiler every day. They were a 1.25" drop.
Another suggestion is to replace the rear bushing on the lower arm. I did everything on the front end and only these were shot. Just replacing them is easy and makes the biggest improvement of anything. I filled the stock bushing with window weld to further strenthen the bushing. They can be had on E-bay cheaply and are easy to install.
I like the lower look but my guess is your problem will be just as bad just lower with the springs as your stock shocks are far past gone. Go with the Bilsteins in the front for now. See if you have the Nivomat's on the rear. They are massive black shocks. Someone should confirm but I'm pretty sure the 91 9000 turbos had Nivomat's. If so you will be looking for some springs anyways.
