After almost 3 years with Yokohama A520 205/50/16 on 16" super aero rims (a good life!), it was time to get new tyres. Wanted to go a step up from Yokos, and these were highly recommended by indie tyre dealer as just on the market and latest technology from Goodyear (they said they have only been out a few months!). The previous yokos cost me aud$230 a tyre... the RevSPecs were aud$280 a tyre.
Been on the car for 4 days now and im more than pleased with the result - super sticky and excellent in the wet - in fact better than A520s (was raining the other day). Not nearly as harsh a ride as with A520s... and none of the noise either! A520s were a good tyre and i highly recommend them, but these RevSpecs are by a long way better! Quiet, grippy, look good/aggressive on car and work very well with a FWD application.
Just wanted to let folks know!
and no, I dont work for Goodyear!
