Did you try moving one that did seal to the one you were having trouble with? I was told to put a little vasolene or di-electric grease on the o-rings prior to installation. These things still move around,even when the fuel rail is tightended down. I found a lot of crud around the base of my OEM units, it must have blown by under heavy boost. Did you do a good job of cleaning off the boss on the manifold where the injector seats?
Another thing, I can't imagine the injectors from a generic Ford motor are the same as the Ford Motorsports units. Do the ones you have say Ford on one side and Bosch on the other?
