The question was what was the performance goal? Depending on what someone's performance goal could determine ones ideal ecu supplier. Abbott does make good ECU's but they only make one. This would be ideal for someone who wanted a good ECU that is good for about 35hp unless they wanted a custom ECU. Now with a Maptun ECU they have specific performance packages depending on what your what your performance goals are. If someone wants 300hp they probly have a kit for you. The other advantage of the Maptun system is that if you decide to upgrade your system down the road they will reprogram your ECU for only 10% of the cost of the new ECU. There is also the question aobut which system is safer but I will not open that can of worms during this post.
