I just called the Saab USA # listed on the web site: (770) 279-0100. I needed to escalate to a manager since the first woman I talked to was unaware of any wheel issues. A manager called me back the next day and I explained the situation. He said that the chipped wheels would be covered because it was deemed an aesthetic defect to the car. Then he offered some "relief" to help pay for the other 2 bent rims. A "ticket" was set up and I was given a number. I took the car into the dealer and after setting up an appointment and gave him the ticket number. The dealer then looked at the car and called Saab back to discuss using the ticket number as a reference....in the end, the dealer actually picked up the difference between the Saab $1000 cap on such issues. I believe the dealer had it maked down as "good will" for the few hundred dollars it took to replace the other wheels.
