Be careful about tire pressure. When we talked with the Saab rep down at the flight academy he said that the Dunlaps will have tread separation over 45 (or whatever the recommended setting is).
He said that if you go Michelin or Pirelli that you will be fine at 50 - 55, just that Dunlaps have a known issue with over inflation.
But, I am not even sure that 3-4 more psi are going to prevent the bending. I already had one straightened and I can't even remember hitting anything that would have caused it.
But count me in for a recall. I would be more than happy to have Saab buck up for new rims, and I will pay the difference for the Ronals.
PS. Does anyone have a Viggen with the two piece LZs and have a pic of it? There is a website out there with a doctored pic that just doesn't look real so I am waiting to see a Viggen with them on it before I buck up for the rims.
