It really transforms my 93'9000 Aero. The boost in 1-2 gear is instantaneous and can go well into the red zone if I don't back off. I thought my car was slow off the line before but now it's so much fun to rev it up and slam shift into 3rd gear:) The turbo now whistles noticebly louder though. The exhaust note from 3" Magnaflow muffler is just right - deep growl at idle and not too loud. However, my girlfriend said it was too loud but I don't really care;-)

One problem about the JT downpipe though, the O2 sensor cannot reach the downpipe so my mechanic put a old spark plug there to fill the hole and left the 02 sensor exposed to open air. I'll have to splice a new one in later. Will this cause the problem? The car seems running fine at every RPM. I know it is probably running rich now (22.8 MPG) but that's ok since I'm having so much fun. However, I occasionally smell like something burning which I couldn't locate where the smell came from. My mechanic said it was probably the brand new cat. Is this true? I'm just worried that the exposed O2 sensor would cause the problem with my engine. Thanks for your help.
