I was running 0.035", or 0.889mm, with my Jacobs Omni Magnum system (can put out up to 40kV. However, above 15 psi I was getting some very minor misfiring/stuttering.
I pulled the plugs out today, they looked perfect, but put some new ones in gapped to 0.025", or 0.635mm. This seems to have cured the high boost misfiring completely, and overall things are a little smoother..
I had run as high as 0.050", or 1.27mm, without detriment using the Jacobs system, but that was with stock boost levels, 11 psi max.
