If this is correct, on a bypass valve, air that as ALREADY been measured is just being recirculated when the throttle is closed, therefore the AMM already has that measured data. Then when the throttle re-opens, that SAME air is put into the intake manifold. Therefore, the same recirculating air will correspond with what the AMM had measured when the air first entered into the inlet pipe.
What I'd think is that it'd be possible to put on a blow off valve if the AMM was put AFTER the throttle, anyone else have any ideas? But what I'm guessing is the AMM and ECU wouldn't have a reaction time quick enough to compute the ratio AND inject the right amount of fuel.
Hope I sound right on this on, if I'm wrong, anyone else help me out? hah
