Hi There,
I'm using 9000CDE (MY95) and planned to install a Manual Boost Controller.
As I asked my dealer , my car is a Trionic T-5 with automatic transmission.Fpt with 200 horse power rating. After reading this BB , I've found that the MBC should work some goodies for my car.
I've searched for past posts to learn more about MBC, I've summarize my understanding as follow. Would any one who has install this device please read my issue and fix me if I'm wrong ?

1.MBC can be placed with two different method.
1.1 Placed between the "C" hose, before APC solenoid - This method reduces spool up time while let APC reducing boost when its needed.
1.2 Placed between a hose that connected from turbine housing to wastegate - This is how to reduce spool up time all the way into red and ignore APC jobs (but ECU work is still ;eg., timing adjustment , more fuel when sensing any detonates).

2.MBC Setting
2.1 According to 1.1 , we must set the MBC at the level of Basic Boost.
2.2 According to 1.2 , we could set the MBC as high a boost below Fuel Cut off level.

3.Wastegate setting
3.1 According to 1.1 , we do nothing with wastegate
3.2 According to 1.2 , we need to set wastegate at the same level of MBC , if we don't do this , boost pressure will be sputtering between the wastegate level and MBC level.

4.Any problem if I installed a stiffer W/G , connect the pressure control hose directly from turbine to W/G with 0.85 bar boost level. (Just don't know if this will do a severe damage to engine)
Any comments ? Please let me know if I'm wrong.
Thank You, : )
