topic. I know this has probably been brought up a million times but at this time NOBODY knows for sure. I am asking these because the answers to these types of questions have been VERY unclear.
1. Has ANYONE ever encountered or experienced an installation of a manual boost controller on a T7 system? Besides Tony C and Keith K. Preferably the Dawes Device (cuz I just bought one). I'd like it if Keith could elaborate more on his experience with the SBC on the '01 9-3.
2. How much performance was gained on a T7 system for the Base and SE model 9-3?
3. Will the non-deluxe Dawes MBC fit on a T-7 system 9-3?
What I heard was that it would work on a T7 system and would be fine because the T7 ECU would sense knocking. Anyone else hear the same thing?
But anyways, I have a '01 base 9-3 T7 and going to install a Dawes Device MBC soon. I will DEFINITELY post the results, but I may need some help on tuning it correctly since colors on the gauge don't help much. I do plan on getting a gauge that shows numbers.
