There is an adaptation procedure for Trionic that Saab mechanics use since they can't wait for days for an ECU to adapt:
Find a long, steep upwards incline. Approach it in 4th or 5th gear at 2000RPM. Floor the throttle and hold it there until 3500RPM (that's over 100MPH in 5th). It should spend at least 3 seconds between 2750-3250RPM. Trionic recognises what's happening and adapts during this process.
