Hopefully I understood your posting correctly. Hot/warm air is less dense and does not give as good a charge as cold compressed air. This will degrade the performance of a Saab turbo charged engine. However, I live in Arizona and have been driving my Viggen in 105+F temps with little loss of power. I do use octance boost in the summer months to help. Given my experience the 70F temp that you mention should not be a problem. Do you live in an area that the EPA mandates the addition of oxygenated additives in gas during warm months to "reduce pollution"? If so this can really cause problems with performance due to the Trionics compensating for this watered down gas. This is what happened to me. Until I figured it out I thought someone had pulled 3 plug wires in my Viggen. A tank full of pure unadulterated gas (additives are not mandated in my part of Arizona) plus octane boost solved the problem pronto. Otherwise I suggest you look for other causes. Good luck.
