A.) Could be they knocked off a vacuum line when changing the oil. Check the hoses on the intake manifold - there's one that's often pulled off when the oil filter is changed.
B.) Could be dirty AIC valve, which controls idle.
Go to the C900 BB and search for "AIC" if you don't find any vac lines out of place...
