boost gage worth the investment. I use a standard 2" 0-30 pressure gage like the kind in the McMaster Carr/Grainger catalogs and a fitting from the hardware store. It does not have to be installed in the dash or A pillar to be useful. To paraphrase Click and Clack, 'just another opportunity to get another tool'. I have seen base boost (with good working hooters, etc) at 2 psi- 2.5 psi. Both my '92's were at 3 ish.
