I towed my car to my house last week so I could get it ready for the new engine its about to recive shortly( and save my self some money by instaling it). Things were going fine, Detailed car Inside and out including the engine compartment etc etc. Then today I decided Id see about putting in my boxed lower control arms. I pull the wheels off and to my suprise I found that the, balljoints, tierods, bushings, wheelberings, calipers and rotors are all shot to shit. I was kinda bummed about the brakes since they were only 2 months old when my car blew up. Now the rotors are rusted to the calipers(Im still trying to figure that one out).the rest preety much sucks too, but the car is 16 years old. I managed to pull it all appart with just a 3/8's ratchet and 3 sockets, and a couple beers. Im replacing it all, I want to beef up the brakes, but stock 88+ 900 woulnt cut it I need to make them strong to slow the car. While Im at it Im going to beef up the upper control arms as well and the cross member etc etc.

So the questions are:
1)what is the difference between 88+ 900& 9000 brakes?
2)what parts do I ned to get to do the conversion correctly?
3)will the newer hubs fit on the 85 spindles, or do I need to source newer ones?
4)who has the best price for suspension parts?
5)camber toe setings etc..?
6)what are my options if I stick with a 15 or 16inch rim?
7) if I go with 16's can I run a 215/45/16 or 225/45/16 tires? the car has intrax/w Koni reds installed. or am I stuck with the 205's because of tire rub?

any/all Imput is apprecated.
