Hi I have had to take my car to the Dyno ask my fried to dianose the porblem, drive to the Saab Dealership for the part. Now they Have the ECU They expect me to drive the car to the dyno test the old reading, drive over to them wait for the ECU to be installed and drive back to the Dyno. I expected them to do it for me, it appears that they are doing me a favour. They would not allow a technician to acompany me to the Dyno and finish the job in a half an hour. now I have to wait for the workshop to have the time to install the ECU. I asked to borrow the software as I have access to tech II from Opel. They will not allow me to borrow the software for and hour.
The car is under warranty and they are not prepared to complete their own work. In fact Saab are so ignorant they asked why don't I pack the Dyno in my boot and bring it over for them to use. Do you understand why Iam so frustrated now. Non of these idiots can even hold a technical conversation and do not understand too much about the cars they market or service.
Yes I have tested my car since the bypass valve was replaced but it still cannot get past an indicated 243 km/h on a flat road, you guys tend to do it regularly.
