There is little that you can do.
Get a 33-2663 K&N filter, modify the air box, search on the NG900 BB. Leave the flex joint alone. You have a high compression engine. The ECU detunes for lower octane. If you want power, you have to use high octane fuel. So there is an ongoing cost. Use Techron Concentrate every 8000 miles and if you have never used before, run two consecutive treatments. Do this on city or commute miles, not on a long road trip. Keep plugs in good shape. With good plugs, clean injectors and clean combustion chambers, hi octane fuel, the ECU will provide more aggressive tuning.
You cannot use the Saab Sports exhaust on your vehicle, but a less restrictive system would help.
The K&N and air box mod will allow you to get more torque in the upper RPM range.
And do not enter everyting in upper case!
Happy Saabing.
