this is preety simple, just get some red bulbs and install them. or some red bulb covers ( a piece of rubber that fits suggly over the light aviable at most speed shops ) or you can get some red translucent nail polish. I just bougth bulbs and that got me 85% there. but to trully get rid of the green, you need to pull the dash and the guage cluster out( easier said than done. once you have the cluster out you will see 2 white box things stuck on top, thouse house the lenses for the lights. you will need to carfully grind off the black melted spots to get the boxes off. once thats done you will see where the green is. I used some car polish to take it off ( Meguires #7 ) then its just a matter of reasembling everthing in reverse order. ( while you have the cluster out check the dimmer nob and see if its still in good shape, that can have a huge effect on how bright your guages are.
Hope this helps,
Jordan Sturtz
