Incredible. This is like a dream come true for what I thought Saab should build in addition to their current line of fantastic sedans/wagons. The concept is great: 300Hp turbo V6 plopped in a rather lightweight small body, coupled with AWD but still retaining the utility value we expect from Saab. I really like the enhancements they thought up for the interior, yet still keeping the same basic design for the headlight switch reminiscent of the C900, maybe earlier? I like the bits of older models thrown into it. The removable roof, very cool. The push button starter under glass flap...also excellent. The speedo with selective gauges, and the computerized control of climate/radio...I love it. I like the shape of the exterior, though I was initially drawn away from the huge grill, I like it much better now. Overall, I hope they put it into production, and like they said... they didn't do anything outrageous that would need to be changed for actual production. My guess is that with the effort involved in designing it, something will come of the 9x. Bravo Saab!
