double the rear swaybar

I doubled my stock sway bar with an Abbott sway bar on my 97 900 set. The differance was greatly noticed. The car rolls less in the turns and feels flatter. This has allowed me to have greater confidence in entering turns hot. I certainly would recommend this to anyone who has an Abbott rear sway bar. It is well worth the time of the installation for the results. Thanks again Schu for the orginal post.
I installed the bar with the help of Eric Heyse(Sled 85) and Jim Miller(Talledaga 900). Orginally I thought it would be a piece of cake but as usual something always happens. To install what you need is a 13mm bolt and screw about 3 to 3.5 inches long. I had problems with the Abbott bar not correctly lining up with the stock bar but I think this was a problem caused the Abbotts bar not being very percisly made. After playing around with several differant combo we eventually found the right combo of add the stock bar first upside down and then the Abbott bar and everything work correctly. The total time took about an hour but that includes two large pizza as well.
Jim also installed his new Abbott springs today and had great results but I let him post that one.
