The car is a '97 NG900SET, full pressure turbo. Last summer I put the Saab Sport exhaust on; no change in the intake side yet but looking to do the K&N soon. I may fabricate a cold air box for it as well. (M3 buddy has one from Active Autowerkes and sees another 10-15 hp or so)

The car has the Talladega trim package which includes the 16" SuperAero's and has Nitto 450's, 205/50-16's. I had considered the 550's however it snows here just enough to be a nuicance. After having them a year, I'm quite dissappointed and will change them in the spring back to Pilots or something else, Yoko's perhaps.

The ECU I got through Abbott America which is local to me. (Can't say enough good about David Whitesides) In fact he came to my house and we both went to his partner (Rich Rudenko), nearly a neighbor to me, and installed it at his home.

The ECU is the high output chip. The Nitto's handle it marginally well -- I spin now and then. I can say the Nitto's have been wearing un-evenly and are noisy as hell. I won't get them again. The last hill climb event I went on I was "pushing" at nearly every hairpin -- I know, I know, I need to get the Viggen Rescue Pack. But even so, the Pilots didn't understeer as much as the Nitto's...

Springs are next. I'll go to S&S Auto to get them put on. Need to get the oil leak checked (I posted to you, Dean, about that a while ago). Looks to be at the bell housing, however the engine oil is staying topped up. Me thinks the tranny seals. Hmmm, time for a lightened flywheel while we're in there? Maybe a Quaiffe?

Anyhoo, that's about it. Just starting to get into the tuning program, really. I had a c900 since new and just sold it after 305,000 miles. Now I'm finding what a money pit it was just to keep roadworthy. Now I can spend the coin on the Talladega instead.

Miss the c900 though. May get an old SPG in a year or so..;0).

While I'm thinking of it, Dean, any ideas on the IC? Keep hearing that the only real change when Saab came out with the HOT was a larger IC. Any thoughts?
