What is the dif between a T25 turbo and a TD04 turbo?

On some Saab 9000 (between 1990 and 1993) you can get either a T25 turbo or a TD04 turbo. If I am not mistaken, the TD04 is for a manual and the T25 is for an automatic. But was internally different about these two turbos?
