You might be able to have Abbott modify the ECU, but that will co$t. If folks were able to do that we would all be having a great time. You can easily fake out the ECU with pneumatic or electical modifications but then the ECU would want to run lead and maybe not let the engine run at all. So no luck there. Are you running a T5 ECU?
Perhaps your guage is picking up pressure pulses from the cylinders. The guage might need dampening. This can be done with long thin tubing or a resriction orifice.
My boost guage has long 1/8" nylon tubing and it does not vibrate. It is small so there are not any mass-inertia interactions that I can see where the guage is dancing with the induction pulsing.
