I have a stock 9kt. I modified the exhust by removeing the kat. and two mufflers. I replaced with 21/2 pipe and one freeflow muffler. I did not replace the down pipe with the performance 3" pipe. Cost is a factor and I am not convinced the 3" pipe would allow the exhust to to veacuate any faster.(Another topic). What I want to do now is to improve the horsepower and torque of the engine. What I've learned so far was that the company SPG9 offers a modified APC box ( stage 2) to increase turbo pressure and a (riseing rate fuel regulator) for increased fuel pressure. they also offer a (fuel pressure regulator) at a much reduced cost. what iI would like to know is 1) how does the modified APC box work? Does the exhust waist gate negate the extra turbo pressure? Does it really increase hp. by 40? How much torque increase is there? does the less expensive fuel regulator work as well? What else about larger injectors . Any feedback is appreciated.----Thanks---Ron
