Hey fellow SAABER's well, I'm finally back form my long (70 day) trip to Turkey. No! I didn't see any SAAB's over there but I did see plenty of nice looking and tuned Opel's.... Either how myself and tons of other from my Rescue unit are now back in country. Some here will remember me saying that I work in an HH-60 Pavehawk Squadron(Air Force)down here in the souhtern part of Georgia. It's nice to go and see other countries but it's also nice to be back home where I can enjoy my SAAB's. I bought a 93 900T the day before i went over there and I've finally gotten the chance to look it over today. I picked it up for $3,000 and it's in pretty good ahspe if you ask me(better shape than my 88 9000T Airflow was when I bought it anyways). I'm thinking of just keeping it STOCK as I really want just one to be a beast sort of speak. What do other think here, I suppose I'm saying this because I'm aware of how the trannies in these 900's can be a little on the weak side, or am I just over reacting? Either way I'm finally moving ahead with the 9k and will probably get the car into th ebody shop within the next month or two(saving up for it now). I wanted to ask a question about something that's been getting wosre as the power levels have increased due to mods. When I accelerate hard through the gears, the car will shimmy or shake or whatever it's called. Seems to feel alot stronger as the boost level climbs and that prompts me to back off at the beginning of the RED zone. I can feel it in the steering wheel, and the pedals, and the car generally shakes as if something could be loose or bent. I looked at the inner drivers a few months(3)back and they checked out fine. What do you all think?
See Ya, Phil
