Hi All I managed to gain another 15 Kw with a Saab X-Flow intercooler installed.
I Now run 157-171Kw on the Wheels saw 208-228 Kw at fly wheel. This equates to 277-300 HP, with no ECU from any of the tuners, upgraded software from Saab themselves, K&N Airfilter, Removal of the Box and snorkel to the fender, 102 racing fuel and exhaust mod.
I caught a modified C200 Kompressor and anailated him on the Highway.
My Opel 200ts is not far behind with 255 hp in a 900 kg body.
Torque for the opel 385 nm.
We measured 520Nm on the Viggen but we could not rely on the figure at the Dyno lost the revs after 4000rpm. Accelerats too quickly +- 7 seconds in 4th gear.
Six runs on the dyno for the Viggen as follows:
Wheels Flywheel HP
Very Hot no fan 157 Kw 208Kw 277
With Fan 1st run 168 KW 223Kw 297
2nd run with fan 166 kw 222Kw 295
3rd run with Fan 171 Kw 228Kw 303
last run with fan 167 kw 221kw 294
It was a hot day in South Africa again @ 1700 feet above sea level and 85 degrees fahrenheit.
Iam impressed with 16000 KM on the clock.
