sounds like you are trying to measure the 02 sensor output and not setting the AMM?? remove plug on AMM and check resistance across pins 3 and 6 with car off!! at first try mine was set around 700ohms!
im using S2 APC, RRFPR, 24lb injectors... turned back the screw on side of AMM to around 260ohms...
sounds like you had digimeter set up to read oxy sensor with car on and not the AMM with car off!
