First, 1999 was not the last of lightening blue - 2000 was the last year.
I also _bought_ my 2000 Viggen coupe (lightening blue) with a couple thousand miles on it earlier in the year and based on _invoice_ of say 36,700 I got $9000 off that. While I was a first time Saab buyer I did my research and negotiated a great deal. Huge depreciation depending on unless you were able to take advantage of the dealer incentives and owner loyalty 1K. You are also competing against the great lease rates offered by Saab. If I was to pay even 32k for your 2000 Saab it would cost me a lot more (per month) than a lease on a 2001 with 0 miles.
It is going to be tough. My guess is the market is about $26,500 to $28,000 for your car. You will have to find the virgin in the haystack as others have said if you want more than $28K. Good luck.
