Hi,

Sounds like a good setup. I have the same injectors (Volvo V70R AWD) down in my basement waiting for install and a new Trionic software. I will upgrade the intercooler at the same time (probably a custom built one from ACE Competition).

Hope to see somewhere around 300 hp with that setup in my 97 9000 Aero.

Current setup is:

3" JT from turbo
3" Random Technology cat
Modified stock airbox with drop-in K&N filter
Modified Trionic software boosting 1,5-1,6 bar max at around 4000 rpm, 1,17 bar@5500rpm

Should be enough for appr. 270 hp or so. Perhaps slightly more on a cold Swedish winter day...

Car runs well as is, but really does need more fuel and a better intercooler to perform at it's best.

Where are you located?
